How are we different?

We have land available with homes already completed and can offer a complete land/home package ready for you to move in. We also have the ability to build any floor plan. Our homes have ranged in size from 900 square feet up to 4500 square feet. The projected start and completion time of a new home is approximately 90 to 120 days. However, with Texas weather being unpredictable, completion time may vary. Under ideal conditions, we can complete an average sized home in about 90 days. Of course we sometimes have to let Mother Nature have the upper hand for a few days during the process. You’ll be surprised how easy it can be to get the home of your dreams.

Worried about financing?

With many financing sources available, we can help you get the mortgage you deserve and terms you will love. Our finance people work with many available options and programs at their disposal to secure loans for our customers. MEET OUR AGENTS

Jacqueline Locklear Jacqueline is the wife of Scott Locklear. She is a rookie realtor and is eager to learn. She plays a huge role in her husband's business. When Jacqueline is not working, she is attending her children's (Jordan and Jarett) games and activities.

Linda Oliver Linda joined The Real Estate Pro Shop in 2002. Since joining our team she has successfully located and closed several ideal properties for her clients.
